Reagents
OptiGene Limited produces a variety of enhanced, high speed Large Fragment (LF) DNA polymerases and master mixes suitable for isothermal amplification methods.
These reagents generate robust amplification with dramatically reduced reaction times. All our DNA polymerases have strong strand displacement activity with no 5’-3’ exonuclease activity. One enzyme is thermostable at 95ºC and others have endogenous reverse transcriptase activity.
LAMP Designer is a tool that designs efficient primers for Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) assays, which amplify DNA and RNA sequences under isothermal conditions, eliminating the need for a PCR setup. The primer design is crucial for the success of the assay.
