There is a new software updates available for Genie® II Mark II (GEN2-02) & Genie® III (GEN3-01 & GEN3-02).

These are minor releases that fix a few bugs and an issue where the touchscreen does not respond.

    Isothermal Master Mix samples will be sent as dried reagents only. These require re-suspension before use. Dried reagents perform near identically to the wet reagents but do not require cold shipment or storage.
